What is an Online Checking Account?
Our Online Checking Account has all the convenience of a traditional checking account without the hassle of dealing with paper checks. You can use it to deposit checks, pay bills, and send money to friends or family. Online Checking Accounts offer a convenient new way to manage your money using your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
How can I access my Online Checking Account?
To use your Online Checking Account, login to our Online Banking service by visiting from the browser of your computer, or on any Internet-connected mobile device. You my also access your Online Checking Account with our Online Banking app. From your mobile device, follow the download link on this page, or search for “Whitefish Credit Union” in the Apple® or Android™ App Stores.
Are there any Online Checking Account or Online Banking functions that I need to access from a personal computer?
While almost everything can be done from your smartphone or tablet, a few features require the use of a personal computer, such as:

  • Adding iPay payees
  • Change of address

What type of account do I need to have to use Online Banking from Whitefish Credit Union?
All members of Whitefish Credit Union can access Online Banking. If you are unsure if your account has access to iPay or other optional Online Checking Account feature, please feel free to contact your local branch.
Does using the Bill Pay functionality of my Online Checking Account cost extra?
Paying bills through your Online Checking Account is free for your first ten transactions each month. A fee of $2 will be applied for each additional transaction.

Whitefish Credit Union uses industry best-practices and security standards, such as Multi-Factor Authentication, Device Registration and Customizable Alerts.
Who can I contact for help or if I have further questions?

For trouble logging into Online Banking, simply click on the ‘Forgot Password’ or ‘Forgot Username’ links on the sign-in page. Also available on the Online Banking site is a help tab with FAQs and multiple demos that will walk you through many of the features, step by step.
